McKenzie & Willis, a New Zealand-based interior design and retail business, streamlined their window treatment order process with a custom Claris FileMaker solution. The app automated fabric calculations, pricing, and production specs, doubling sales productivity and reducing errors. This digital transformation, led by Karen Powers and James Currie, significantly improved workflow efficiency and customer experience.

Digital Fusion developed the custom FileMaker app to streamline the window covering design, measurement and specification process. The app guides consultants through the process, captures data offline, and syncs it back to the company’s systems. This has led to increased productivity, improved accuracy, faster quoting, and a stronger customer experience.
