Streamtime is a multi-award-winning total studio management system, designed for the creative, advertising, interactive and design industries. Whether supporting a company of two or a multi-site organisation of hundreds, Streamtime enables complete traffic and production management, signalling an end to job bags and hand-generated invoices and timesheets. From the accounts team to designers, both at their desk and, using Streamtime’s iPhone or iPad application, on the road, Streamtime maximises workflow, taking productivity and creativity to new levels.
What We Did
Digital Fusion works closely with Streamtime to support, and develop the Streamtime FileMaker solution. We used our FileMaker plugin, Fusion Reactor, to give Streamtime the edge over its competitors with rich and dynamic user interface controls previously not possible in FileMaker, such as project management Gantt Charts and Calendars.
Along with assisting in development of Streamtime, we developed an accounts management system, and user website which manages users subscriptions, recurring billing, and allows their users to set up and access add-on functionality. We tightly integrated their accounts management system, with online accounting package, Xero which has hugely cut down the amount of client administration and accounting work, so they can concentrate on what they do best.
